Making this album was an almost 7 year journey. I wrote and composed the song "Unexpected" in 2018. At the time I wasn't creating much music, besides from a few instrumental tracks. I was having a hard time creating something I actually liked for a while. I used to make Hip-Hop songs when I was younger, but I didn't want to do that anymore.

Then I got inspired a lot by Trip-hop and alternative/progressive music, I wanted to try something new with that inspiration. So I started making new songs once in a while, writing, singing, and after a few years I realised these songs were all part of something. These songs were telling a story, they belonged together.
Then it was decided, it was going to be my first album : Unexpected.

So many things happened both in the world and in my life during this time, I felt like there was so much I wanted/needed to express.
I met incredible people whom I worked with on this project. I'm grateful and proud to have achieved this, because it helped me reveal my own musical identity, and it will be the first of many other projects!
